How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Divine Home Care account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to either of our support addresses below from the email associated with your account
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and registered phone number in the email
- We will process your request within 7-10 business days
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your personal data will be removed from our systems
- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes
- You may receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
